The Samoyed Association Rescue
...is an integral part of the Samoyed Association, run by dedicated committee members and fully supported by the Association. Our Chief Rescue Officer, Linda Brasier, and Assistant Rescue Officer’s Diana Barker & Preston Haffenden, work tirelessly to help any Samoyed in need, ensuring they find safe and loving homes.

We carefully match dogs with prospective owners based on the individual dog’s needs and the new owner’s circumstances. If you are interested in adopting, a donation (based on the dog’s age and health) is required to help cover vet bills and future rescue efforts. Please fill out and submit an application form, or contact us and one of our rescue officers will be in touch. Home-checks will be carried out where possible.
We are always in need of foster homes. If you feel you could provide a temporary safe space for a Samoyed in need, please reach out for an informal discussion.
If you are struggling to care for your Samoyed, please contact us as soon as possible - there is no judgment, only a willingness to help you and your dog.
In an emergency please call one of the following numbers, being sure to leave a message, and one of our rescue officers will be in touch as soon as possible:
